Information privacy is important to White Fox and this notice explains how we collect and process personal data.
White Fox will be the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you, which does not include any special types of information or location-based information. This might however include name, job title, business address, business email and phone number. The information we collect will never be used to identify individuals outside of their business interaction with us – for example we will never request personal contact details.
Why we need your data
The type of information collected by White Fox relates to business contacts and their employees for the purposes of administration, finance and billing, customer care, delivery of services and White Fox’s own marketing and research purposes. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to fulfil these purposes.
Processing of data relating to White Fox’s business is done fairly so it does not materially impact the rights, privacy or interests of individuals. We rely on one of three legal bases to undertake data processing. These are:

What we do with your data
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK. However for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information may be located on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
Data transmission over the internet is never totally secure and while White Fox tries to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
Cookies and other tracking devices
White Fox’s website, blogs and online portfolios use cookies. These are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser, usually to keep track of their movements, preferences and actions on a site or for security purposes. If you are unhappy with this it is generally possible to disable cookies in your web browser, although you may lose some website functionality.

How long we keep your data
If we have a contractual relationship with you we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of six years, after which time it will be destroyed or archived. Any information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
How you can access your information
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
